Sentosa Residence is our fifth project in Bukit Mertajam and is also our second collaboration with H.H.Lau, a local architecture practice with a thoughtful approach to residential design. Our aim is to introduce a new way of living to the neighbourhood with architectural design that is underpinned by considered response to inner city living.
Inspired by our love to nature, each breathable unit is connected to the Bukit Mertajam hill by an open interior layout inviting ample natural sunlight and maximising air flows. Connecting residents is a beautifully landscaped garden with shared walkways, greenery and communal areas, which are designed to foster well-being and offers opportunities for social exchange.
Architecture and Features
When designing Sentosa Residence, inspiration was drawn from the surrounding locale especially the renowned Bukit Mertajam hill that informed the building's aesthetics. The 12-storey residential building is featured with two fantastic views; one facing the Bukit Mertajam hill and the other giving you an unrivaled views of the bustling town.
With the needs of the occupant in mind, we furnished Sentosa Residence with round-the-clock security system, greenery, BBQ area, swimming pool, sauna, gym and playground. Surrounded with local amenities, the 96 units low-density condominium offer residents practical yet comfortable living in the heart of Bukit Mertajam.
