Sentosa Residence is a freehold condominium developed jointly with Kenstar Sdn. Bhd. in Bukit Mertajam - our fifth project in the town, and our second collaboration with H.H.Lau, a local architecture practice.
The building is arranged as a single vertical block, with four to twelve units per floor depending on unit size. Every unit sits side by side rather than facing another unit's door or balcony. Units on the town side look toward Bukit Mertajam town, those on the other side face the hill directly.

Architecture and Features
Sentosa Residence is a 12-storey building close to Bukit Mertajam hill, a 545-metre granite peak that gave the town its name and remains a well-known local landmark and hiking trail.
The grounds were designed by a landscape architect, with greenery, shared walkways, and communal areas throughout. Residents also have access to round-the-clock security, a swimming pool, gym, sauna, BBQ area, and playground.
With 96 units in total, Sentosa Residence is a low-density condominium in the heart of Bukit Mertajam.
